Being a mod doesn't mean I can't still have a sense of humor, which is all I saw that as. No one's going to have a "battle of the 'tars", I'm just messin', which I'm still allowed to do from time to time you know...And all the hazing we can do to you cannot compare to the mountain of spam you're about to be burried under.

You know, leekohler, I'd find this crusade you have to get respect for gay rights a lot more persuasive if you didn't make snide and deriding comments about republicans and Christians on a regular basis.

At this point, I couldn't really care less about Blu Ray or HD-DVD. I'd be more excited if Apple included Lightscribe or equivalent capability in their drives. Unlabeled discs are piled high on my desk.
Just replace your burner with a LightScribe unit and use the HP burning s/w.

Soooo tomorrow is the day. Finally, months after watching those damn east coasters get a taste of PAX, it's back home on the best coast. Huzzah!
Gonna get on the inFamous machines asap as well as the Killzone 3 machines before they get mobbed down. Money is on Halo Reach being ***** nuts, as will the 3DS (if it's there......)

Sorry, but black people using the n word is no better than any other ethnicity doing it. And spare me the BS that it's part of the black culture. Any thuggish behavior and language and its glorification is deplorable, no matter the context, who or what it is directed against, and what criminal/amoral/inhumane behavior is exhibited or glorified. My new 15.2" PowerBook G4 867MHz machine. I sold my G3 500 and got this one. Its the last one to boot OS 9 and the slowest Mac to boot 10.5 natively without any fiddling

I went to a Red Cross blood donation event that we had in my last workplace, but after they asked all of my medical history they weren't sure if it would be a good idea to take my blood. They took my contact information and said they would contact me later if I'm eligible for donating, but I never head from them since. Guess I'm no good.

Today I was using disk inventory x to see how my new SSD is looking, and I noticed a large 4GB document file called sleepimage.
I googled it, found out what it was, safely deleted it through terminal, and read up about what it is and what it does. Turns out it is supposed to be deleted after the computer wakes up, but obviously its not doing that anymore. I repaired disk permissions and its still not deleting it like it should. If anyone could shed any light onto this i would greatly appreciate it.

Hello- Upgraded to Snow leopard 10.6
older version of Protools LE no longer is functional
thinking of upgrading to Protools 9 but will digidesign002 be compatable with Leopard or must I now switch to MOTI Digital performer
