You may not have been but I was perfectly able to make adult decisions about my life before I was 18years old.
At 18 the law recognised that I should be capable of behaving like an adult. It is the job of parents (and society) to make sure that there children are ready to be adults by 18years, which means they should've been preparing them for these sort of decisions for years. A parent shouldn't treat a son like a child until they're 18years and then from their 18th birthday treat them as an adult.

I am still thinking that I was found under a cabbage leaf here. :D

Well, I'm waiting for the white iPhone, but don't want to break my tradition of going to the iPhone launch lines, as stupid as it sounds. Hell, maybe there's an off chance that they'll have the white ones on the 24th!

ok so I have imported my bootcamp partition. i got it all set up and powered on. i went to install vmware tools, and it seems that nothing is happening. the bottom of the window of my virtual machine says it is NOT installed. it tells me to go to virtual machine>install virtual tools...
problem is, I'm not seeing that...

i've tried to keep a picture log of the team's stats here (http://tville.thruhere.net/tw/index.php?a=topic&t=4414) on my own forum. you'll have to be logged in to view the pics.
basically, we had 132 million points back on 16 Oct and were ranked #60.
we got down to #57 with 202 million points on 20 July 2010.
and now we are back at #60 with over 256 million points today, and we will be passed within a week and will be #61

Please tell me why you find it acceptable to use homophobic slurs.
So violence is an acceptable solution? So I can beat Gay persons up (Don't twist this analogy, I've stated numerous times on this board, I'm all for Gay rights), I just can't, in their opinion, verbally insult them? :rolleyes:
I have been physically assaulted in the past by straight people using those slurs. I have received death threats as well. You have no idea what that is like, not one ****ing clue. Get over yourself. Anyone who calls me ****** is gonna get a very firm talking to. If they continue, worse. Sorry if you don't like that, but I'm not going to put up with it. I will defend myself against such people. I currently have 850 family plan with unlimited family texting. I tried to sign up with a CS rep, but I was told that my 850 min family was not eligible. I guess that I will keep the extra 150 min rather than drop to the 700 min family plan. Has others with 850 family plan been able to add this new messaging plan?

It's not clear to me *why* it goes on sale at 5 PM, it's just clear that's how it's going to happen. I expect Apple store employees to direct iPad 2 buyers to a line which will start getting serviced at 5.

That is a nice step in the right direction. I would like to see more practical
productivity apps on the iOS platform, but even for on the go conceptual work, this is still pretty much useless for my studio. Needs precision and the touch interface is not the answer. Bring a pen/stylus or similar device to the mix and then we'll talk.

I am sure more the 10 million people had the potential to see this deal, and bought these iPads. You have no worries. They are gone and not coming back in stock at those store. You missed out.

Some people need to chill out. If your 3GS (or whatever) is getting old and you need a new phone, then go and get one. Why are you waiting if your phone needs to be replaced? Either you can wait for the new iPhone or you can't. It will come out when Apple are good and ready to release it. They owe us nothing and have never made any official annoucements regarding the release date for the new iPhone.
Bottom line is this: you have two choices...
1) If you're not happy with waiting for the iPhone 5, then there are plenty of other phones to choose from. Vote with your feet.
2) If you want to stick with Apple, then stop complaining and just wait.

Command+m will bring you into windowed mode. if you need/want to switch between the two apps i'd play in windowed mode and just Command+Tab between the two
