One of my colleague did withdraw his PF in an exactly same situation (not in TCS though), and you can definitely file 10C and 19 directly with the PF office without involving your employer. PF administration is now much more efficient and strictly works on behalf of employees, not employers. Even if any PF amount is not deposited by the company, PF has started taking immidiate actions against them.

If you are not using EAD why renew it? Unless you are one of the people who applied under the new scheme (free EAD and AP for life), you are just wasting $340 + $305 = $645 (per person).
You can easily wait till you move to new place before applying - if at all you want to apply. If your EAD & AP have expired, I am not sure if the new EAD/ AP will be considered as a "new" application or a "renewal".

In my humble opinion, I think we all should write more to the main stream media about our stories targeting such as New York Times, public opinion column.
They may ignore us, but they will begin to be interested as volume increases. I haven't done it myself but I will try.
Those out there with a good English writing skills, please write more to main stream media.
I think a little story in the newspaper with a big readership may influence and change the way people think little by little.

of course used the sub labor to get 2005 EB2 priority date and moved to this employer. We filed the 140 on july 1st but some document was missing so it came back and then lawyer filed it again which reached uscis timely by 16th July 2007. I am still with the same employer since 2007 and yes unfortunately the employer is found in h1b fraud later but still havent proven guilty so not sure if company is blacklisted or not.

Yes, the SB800 is the best option for a flash with the D70 (http://www.noendpress.com/pvachier/cameras/nikon_D70.php). As for lenses, depends on what you need. I think the 50mm 1.8 is a great lens for only $100. Works very well for wider portraits and any kind of low light photography. If you have the money to spend, the 12-24 is also a very useful lens.
