Once again, I was never talking about the audio out port that also has mic capabilities for iPhone headsets that there are very few of. I was talking about the line-in jack that is useless and does not support power for a typical headset.

It certainly isn't useless, it's designed so you can get high-quality stereo audio through it. You can't do that with a mic socket, the power in the socket for the mic can affect the sound quality, it causes a buzz. If you want high quality audio get a USB headset or a USB/FW microphone preamp. For the majority the iPhone headphones/mic or the built-in mic work just fine. Why do you need support for PC-style headsets?

hmm, what are the chances of there being prototype iphones linked to tmobile and verizon's networks existing in the 'wild'? i'm assuming that while websites such as MR can tell what kind of device (ie, ipad, imac,etc) is connecting to their servers, there isn't a way a to tell which network it's connecting from (ie, att, verizon, comcast)..?

I loved every minute of it. I've been under it twice for various surgeries. I always treated it like a game, seeing how long I can stay awake. Before you know it, someone is shaking you and telling you their all done. It's pretty incredible if you ask me, your out just like that. If only I could go to sleep that well every night.

Set your phone & computer's time zone to Arizona time, and sync again. Does that help?

Yep. The Xbox will format the drive and let you use it for extra storage. The only problem is, no matter what the size of the drive, it will only let you use up to 16GB for storage. But yes, if you have a USB drive just sitting around gathering dust, might as well put it to use.

I just noticed that. 250GB on the drive, 16GB to use. Well, beats nothing. I already figured out how to get Live Gold for $1 for a month, then found out about demos. Holy crap. It's taking forever for the NCAA 11 demo to download, but that should be awesome instead of dropping $50 on crap, like I did on the Wii version in 08.
I may eventually end up wishing I had gotten the $300 system, but I did end up with a pair of free games with this. I can add a 250GB HDD for $100 and then be mostly the same except for built-in WiFi. That's saving $50 by running an ethernet cable.
I sent you an invite or whatever on Halo. I think it was on Halo. Anywho, my name is the same as here except without the space. I slightly got better, but I'm still mostly running around and just shooting at stuff.

I went in for a 16GB black AT&T and 5 hours later I left with the last 16GB white Verizon. I can live with the white so far, it's pretty cute, but if I hate Verizon I'll return it and wait for AT&T.

Nice thought by TimeWarner. However, the stations that people want to watch weren't on the first run of the app and now they have removed any remaining ones that were interesting.
This app will go nowhere. And TimeWarner certainly isn't innocent in this little battle. They love to put the stations on the bad guy side of the ledger. As a customer, I'm not drinking their koolaid.

I think that's unfair, it really is a good song. I would never consider myself to enjoy 'metal' or it's ilk (except DFA1979) but that first Rage album is a work of genius. It was a proper protest record, and we don't get many of those any more.
I bought the Rage single, I already own it and I don't care if it goes to number 1 or not. What it does show is that if people club together they can totally make a change. Admittedly Christmas number 1 might not be a particularly important change, but we have to start somewhere.
Also some money has been raised for Shelter. Surely that makes it worthwhile?

And about those Stinkers, My normal production output is at 300, but with all these Stinkers I'm lucky if my average is 200 a day. Port Audition to the Mac already - I've been using it for years, and its literally one of two things i cant stick on my MacBook. (Editing in Parallels is foul, and Boot Camp is a waste of space on a 120 gig hard drive for a few applications.)
